Round "3"

Yesterday, (5/14/08) Ken started his 3rd round of Chemotherapy. He wasn't too anxious to start that process again, but he is making big efforts to keep his chin up. He is still feeling quite well so far, but he is having to be more careful about the cold induced neuropathy. It is getting more pronounced. We are trying to be creative about individually packaged food that can be stored on the shelf not in the fridge. Any way thank you for all the concern and the support. We love you.

Hopefully this week will go as well as the last time round! Let's see how many more rounds do you have until "KNOCK OUT"!!! (The utimate goal.) It must be hard to be in the heat, and not to be able to eat/drink cold food/drinks!
Sounds like you won't be losing your hair though, so that is a positive!!! Enjoy the festivities associated with Darrell's graduation etc. WE LOVE YOU ALL!,

HI! I finally started my own blog after checking out the kids blogs and realizing that this was a great way to keep in touch with my family. So, here's my blog address and then you can see what Melanie, Kim, Amy and Cassie are up to as well. It's good to hear how well Ken is doing.

Here's my blog

We finally figured out how to send a message. Anyway, good luck to Ken and all of you with this round. Our prayers and thoughts are always with you, even though you don't hear from us! Congratulations on Darrell's graduation and on all the other good things your kids are doing. Hang in there Ken!
